This Returns Policy explains how returns and exchanges work. If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within the period stated at checkout. For health and hygiene reasons, certain natural, edible, or personal-care items cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
